During the KNBB Jumbo Masters two people were honored by the KNBB. Therese Klompenhouwer and Henny Wezenbeek. Because Therese won the Dutch championships ladies three cushion ten times in a row, she received the “Ereklasse” emblem with laurel branch from Henny Wezenbeek. This award is granted to players who win ten national titles in the “Ereklasse”.

In addition to Therese, Henny Wezenbeek was put in the spotlight by Vice-President Paul Brekelmans. Henny Wezenbeek was appointed honorary member of the KNBB because of his years of commitment for the KNBB

The Masters 2018 were won by Dick Jaspers. Therese finished 14th with a tournament average of 0.987.
