And so it happened…

The first Predator Women’s Grand Prix took place in Valencia from May 5-7. Therese was placed in group A in the group stage together with Marianne Mortensen (DK), Helga Mitterböck (AT) and Marina Mezecka (ESP). After a difficult start (against the Spanish player), Therese eventually easily qualified for the last 8.

In the quarterfinals, in which she again faced Marianne Mortensen, Therese managed to win (30-8) in 49 innings. In the semifinals, Therese defeated Spain’s Estela Cardoso (30-10 in 35 innings) in a relatively easy way, before beating the Danish Charlotte Sørensen in the final (30-23 in 26 innings).
