After her victory in the first grand prix (in Tilburg), Therese also won the 2nd Grand Prix Prestige 3-Cushion for Women last weekend.
In this 2nd Grand Prix, which was played in De Snelpost in Arnhem, Therese competed in the preliminary round against Joke Breur (25-2 in 20), Joke Martijn (25-6 in 16) and Pauline Beersma (25-16 in 25). In the quarter-finals Mirjam Pruim was defeated (30-4 in 20) and in the semi-finals Therese again defeated Joke Martijn 30-14 in 26.

The final was against Monique Wilkowski, who played a strong tournament: Therese won 30-13 in 16 innings, ending this tournament with a total average of 1.341.

Both Grand Prixs count towards qualification for the Women’s National Championship, where Therese will of course defend her title.
