Therese has made history once again . In the Spanish city of Cartagena, where the Women’s Three-Cushion World Championship was held, she claimed her sixth world title. In a thrilling final, she defeated South Korea’s Kim Ha-eun 30-25. Although Therèse was behind twice during the match, she remained calm and determined. Midway through the game, she took the lead and never let it go. Kim was unable to turn the tide, which meant the title once again went to the Netherlands.

Earlier this year, in August, Therèse also won gold at the World Games — 2025 is without a doubt a remarkable year for the queen of three-cushion billiards.
