Grand-prix 3-cushion in Capelle a/d Ijssel

Grand-Prix Driebanden - Grand-Prix 3-cushionThe third grand-prix 3-cushion from 2019 will be played from 16 to 28 September. This time the participants will play in Capelle a/ d Ijssel (SPC De Terp, Marsdiep 2, 2904 EA Capelle a.d. IJssel).

Therese plays in group E and is classified with Jean Paul de Bruijn and the number 1 of group D (Q) and the number 2 of group E (Q). The complete group layout can be found on the KNBB website.

Therese plays her first game on Friday, September 27 at 1 p.m. (Table 4). The following rounds are scheduled at 5 p.m. and at 9 p.m. Eventually the numbers 1 and 2 of each group will go to the KO (knockout phase). This will be played from Saturday. A complete schedule can be found on the website of the KNBB.

Up to the knockout phase of this tournament (last 16 players) all matches take place in groups, with the two highest-ended players from each group moving to the next round. In the final round, the 16 remaining players decide who will be the winner.

After the first two grand prixs of 2019 (Oosterhout and Rosmalen), Therese is currently 11th in the rankings with an overall average of 1,348.
